Counseling

In sessions, you’ll have the chance to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a supportive and non-judgmental environment. Your therapist listens carefully, provides helpful reflections, and works with you to better understand what you’re going through. Together, you’ll work toward finding new ways to cope, heal, and grow.
