Counseling is a safe, private space where you can talk with a trained professional about whatever’s on your mind. Whether you’re feeling stressed, anxious, sad, overwhelmed, or just need someone to talk to, therapy gets it all out of the head and heart, so you can let go.

In sessions, you’ll have the chance to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a supportive and non-judgmental environment. Your therapist listens carefully, provides helpful reflections, and works with you to better understand what you’re going through. Together, you’ll work toward finding new ways to cope, heal, and grow.

You don’t need to have a “big problem” to go to therapy. Many people come for support with:
